“Advanced Combustion Engine Technologies” Summer School

The International Combustion Institute Summer School on “Advanced Combustion Engine Technologies” (www.iciss2016.gr) co-organized by the International Combustion Institute, its Greek Section and the Marie Skłodowska-Curie ITN ECCO-MATE project is taking place on June 19-23, 2016 at the Conference Center of the Mediterranean Agronomic Institute of Chania, Crete, Greece.

During the four-day event a series of lectures, seminars and hands-on courses will be given by distinguished academics and industry professionals covering aspects such as engine combustion fundamentals, turbulence modeling, diagnostics, fuel injection and atomization, emission control and after-treatment, alternative fuels/technologies and plenty more.

The summer school targets on attracting graduates interested in advanced combustion technologies, PhD fellows in the field of combustion, early stage researchers and industry professionals.
